Guidelines for Paper Submission

1. The title of the paper and sub-heading should be highlighted and clearly stated.

2. The Abstract must not be more than 250 italicised words with focus on the Purpose, Methodology, Findings, and Recommendations; and a maximum of six key words.

3. Manuscript should not be more than 14 pages on A4 size paper, double line spacing with Microsoft Word, Times New Roman, 12 fonts.

4. Author(s) name(s) must be written on the first page in full, showing designation, affiliation and contact such as: e-mail address and GSM Number.

5. Tables should be clearly typed using the MS Word table template. All illustrations (photographs, drawings, graphs, etc.), excluding tables, must be labelled as figures. Images/plates must be scanned and submitted in JPEG format. Figures and tables should be in two (2) decimal places and levels of significance clearly stated. Where applicable, the SI units should be employed.

6. The 6th Edition of APA referencing must be followed. Visit www.apastyle.org for APA Style.

7. Vetting fee is ₦5,000 while Publication fee is ₦30,000 only. Publication and vetting fee outside Nigeria is USD 150.

8. Paper acceptance notification will be made known within 2 weeks after paper submission.

9. Only original articles or design that have not been published elsewhere are acceptable.
